Title: The Wild Heir
Author: Karina Halle
Rating: 4.5 stars
If you’ve read The Swedish Prince, then you’ve met the Crowned Prince of Norway, Magnus. I was excited to see Magnus getting his own story and it was everything I wanted it to be.
After a scandal has broken out involving Magnus, it’s come to a point in his life where he needs to make some big decisions and changes. He needs to clean up his image to live life as he has and become King. He decides that he wants the crown and his parents decide that marriage is the best course of action.
Princess Isabella of Liechtenstein is the lady that’s chosen to Magnus’ Queen. She is sweet and quiet but once you really get to know her she is passionate and outspoken about the things that matter to her. She may just be the perfect match for Magnus (although it takes a while for them to both see it).
Magnus and Ella have crazy chemistry and the sexual tension is off the charts. This was a slow burn romance that was worth the wait. I love these two together, they compliment each other so well.
“I’ve always had trouble focusing on the right things. I’ve had a hard time trying to pay attention to things in life that most people do. I’ve struggled to make sense of the way I see the world. But…when I see you, you’re all I see.”
This was a fun and steamy read that gave me all the feels. It is one of my favourite royal romances and well worth the read. I adored this book and was well worth the read.
