Book Review: Tarnished Crown

Title: Tarnished Crown

Author: Erin Watt

Rating: 3 stars

This is Gideon and Savannah’s story detailing when they first met, what went wrong and how things stand in the present. This is not a standalone and should be read after the first three books in the Royal series.

Gideon and Savannah meet at Astor Park and as we know they start going steady. But there is a lot going on in the Royal household. Their mother is still alive and making the life of her sons miserable that allows Dinah to sink her claws into Gideon.

Savannah is very young and innocent but trying to do all she can to make Gideon happy. But there is a lot more going behind the scenes then they can know.

Back to the present: Savannah is checking out the University she wants to attend where she runs into Gideon. Gideon has never forgotten or gotten over Savannah and sets out to win her back. Secrets from the past are revealed and they are finally able to clear up any misunderstandings about everything that has happened.

I really liked getting a better understanding of Gideon and Savannah’s relationship. Plus also getting to catch up with the Royals again is also great. Having finished reading this I am now ready to read about Easton.
