Title: How to Date a Douchebag- The Studying Hours
Author: Sara Ney
Rating: 4 stars
I have heard many good things about this series and has been on my TBR for quite awhile. This is a great NA/college romance that really hits the spot.
Sebastian ‘Oz’ Osbourne is a douchebag. He’s a jock and a bit full of himself but underneath all that is something special. Jameson Clarke is a conservative cardigan wearing student who is a bit on the series side. But she also has a fun loving side with some added snark.
“Never judge a girl by her cardigan,”
James and Oz had some fantastic interactions and they had some serious chemistry. James and Oz are very different and they end up becoming great friends along with something more. Even with all their differences, they work well together.
“You’re like a set of Legos with a million tiny pieces and terrible instructions, and I’m not sure where to stick what. And then I end up stepping on the pointy edges in the middle of the night, which hurts like a bitch… I think you’re really fun and great, but parts of you could hurt me.”
I scratch my chin. “I’m not sure how to feel about being compared to a set of Legos.”
Overall the book was fun and entertaining and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series, bring on Zeke. This is a great sports romance where opposites attract.
