Rating: 3.5 stars

Alice Story has spent her whole life trying to be good enough for her father and in a moment of passion she quit her father’s company to start her own company. When asked if anyone would join her on her new venture, Carlos Vega who works in the mailroom puts up his hand.

Three years later, Alice has a successful business with Carlos as her right hand man. Carlos is a younger man from Puerto Rico and has worked hard to be where he is today. Carlos has been a bit of a player but has come to the point in his life where he is ready to settle down.

A business trip near his home in Puerto Rico allows them see each other in a new life. Certain things happen that allows Alice to see her true feelings for Carlos. She trusts Carlos implicitly but there are many things she must sought through before a relationship is possible.

Carlos, once realising the same feelings as Alice, their love evolves quickly but has been three years in the making. Carlos is willing to fight for Alice and is determined to fight any obstacles that may stand in their way.

Overall this was a fun story but kind of average. It was enjoyable and was great seeing Alice and Carlos fall in love for the first time. Looking forward to more for the series.
